On Aug. 26, 2019, Life Care Centers of America honored Tim Hall, executive director at Life Care Center at Wells Crossing in Orange Park, Florida, with one of two President’s Awards for the Southeast Division.
The President’s Award, given during Life Care’s annual management meeting at its headquarters in Cleveland, Tennessee, recognizes distinguished service in a long-term health care management role. The Southeast Division includes 21 skilled nursing and rehab facilities in Florida.
Hall was praised for his commitment to excellence, advocacy for residents and associates and hands-on leadership. He has led his facility to achieve five stars in quality measures from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services and a lower turnover among staff.
“Tim has demonstrated professional skill and compassion in dispatching his responsibilities to the associates, residents and families he serves,” said Beecher Hunter, Life Care president. “He has uniquely demonstrated a leadership style for others to emulate. This is a distinguished award to receive because it goes to the heart of our mission.”
Fifteen President’s Awards are presented annually to leaders of overall successful facilities or organizations within Life Care.
